Biedermeier ceiling crown around 1830
France around 1830.
Cast iron burnished with fire-gilt bronzes. The closed round shell body is decorated with palmettes at the bottom. Artichoke cones as a conclusion. The suspension for the three openwork chains is crowned with palmettes and mascarons; Laurel wreaths adorn the middle part, crowned by surrounding palmette ornaments. Each of the six candlestick arms mounted on the bowl. Electrified.
