Biedermeier half-moon table

So-called "Demi-Lune"

Northern Germany around 1820.

Mahogany veneer on a softwood body with a foldable rear leg for placing the cover plate doubles in depth from 42 cm to 8 cm. Slender high legs, secret drawer with a small original brass button to open the drawer.

Nice old patina - shellac hand polish.
